Work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out product plans that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Set the long-term vision and strategy for refrigerants and traded gases.
Delivers the operating plan for refrigerant and traded gases: achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers.
Gain a deep understanding of refrigerants and traded products segments, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Develop product and pricing strategies together with Commercial and Margin Enhancement
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with the Sales teams to deliver targets of volume, revenue and profit, with a key focus on the development of new business opportunities in these segments
Drive product launches and communication, working closely with Comms and Operational Marketing, including the preparation of necessary documentation, sales material, technical sheets and brochures
Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams in order to optimize management of logistics and refrigerants inventories
Management of relationship with vendors together with Purchasing Departament in order to optimize sourcing and portfolio
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Carry out promotional events, open days and exhibitions.
Carry out training for sales engineers and channel partners
Network with OEMs, professional societies and key stakeholders in the local market in order to obtain timely feedback on market trends and to sustain and develop Air Products’ brand as a quality supplier

Educated to degree level or equivalent
